With a suggested retail price of just a buck less than $7,000, you can get the same 412 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque sits under the hood of new Mustangs. And since the engine mount bosses and bellhousing mount pattern are common with Ford's 4.6-liter V8, the 5.0-liter is an easy swap for older Mustangs.

The complaint and the decision centred on the phrase “no nasty surprises” in combination with the lack of any reference to the company’s mandatory administration fee.
