Nissan design chief Shiro Nakamura meets Jay Leno, talks about new 240Z
Thu, 04 Oct 2012Nissan Design's Chief Creative Officer Shiro Nakamura met talk-show host Jay Leno in the latest of the ‘Jay Leno's Garage' YouTube series, chatting candidly about the possibility of a new 240Z within the next two years. Next year will be the 80th anniversary of Nissan and the new model would be a celebration of the occasion, taking the spirit of the 240Z while refreshing the original design and shape into what Nakamura hopes will be an exciting new product. College Exhibition: NID Degree Show 2009
Tue, 09 Feb 2010Initiated in 2006, the post-graduate diploma program in Transportation and Automobile Design at India's National Institute of Design (NID) is the first program of its kind in India. At the end of last year, the university held its annual degree show showcasing the works of eight graduating students alongside works of junior students at the 'Design Street' at NID's campus in Ahmedabad. During their three year course of study, the students had an option of participating in a joint degree program between NID and Domus Academy in Italy.
