Zinik 20" Chrome Wheels. 20X8.5 5-112/120 ET42 ZIN Z17. Includes lug covers, allen wrench, lug bolts and mounting rings for Acura MDX. Includes ACURA TPMS Sensors, may work with other brands. Bought from Tirerack about 5 years ago. Zero curb rash. Went through one winter with them, so there is some surface pitting on the inside lip, but some polishing will take most of it out (I have done this before on other wheels). All wheels are in at least as good condition as the one pictured. The wheels were about 1400 when new. Brand new tires General grabber HTS XL 275/45R-20 tires are mounted and well balanced (about 2K miles - no wear - see pics - deep tread). Tires cost 750 mounted. I had these on my 2007 MDX, and it really trued up the handling and made it look GREAT. I traded the vehicle in, and they wanted the stock wheels. Priced low for quick sale. Local pickup preferred. If you want them shipped, it will be expensive I am sure. I put shipping in at 250 because these are big heavy wheels/tires. Audi settles 'Imported From Detroit' ad dispute with Eminem
Fri, 29 Jul 2011Detroit charities have emerged as the victor in a dispute between Audi AG and Eight Mile Style LLC, the company that licenses Detroit rapper Eminem's songs, after Audi released a commercial in May that appeared to rip off of Eminem's "Imported from Detroit" Chrysler spot. "Audi has tremendous respect for Eminem and his works, and likewise for the 'Imported From Detroit' campaign which was created by Chrysler, and certainly Audi would never wish to insult or harm those parties or their fans and customers," the German automaker said Friday in a statement. Terms of the settlement weren't released, but as part of the agreement--which both parties said was reached "amicably"--Audi said it would "support the revitalization of Detroit by contributing to selected social projects." Audi didn't specify which organizations would benefit, but Joel Martin, of Eight Mile Style told the Detroit Free Press that a project "will be announced soon." "Just like 'Imported from Detroit' helped benefit charities like the Marshall Mathers Foundation, we as Eminem's publisher can give back to Detroit," Martin said, according to the newspaper.
Audi welcomes Porsche back to Le Mans
Fri, 06 Jun 2014Porsche is returning to the 24 Hours of Le Mans next weekend, and reigning champ Audi figured it would be nice to send a little welcoming committee to Stuttgart, Germany. The committee consisted of one driver in an R18 e-tron quattro LMP1 car. Keen eyes will notice the race car passing a red tractor, also a Porsche design.

Fri, 11 Oct 2013McLaren P1 driven by Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson (pictured) It’s only a few days since McLaren revealed the first customer P1s are now rolling out of McLaren’s clinical production facility in Woking, and it looks like Jeremy Clarkson has bagged one to play with. The video (below) shows Clarkson behind the wheel of the new P1 which, judging by the number plate, is probably one of the first customer cars on the road. The opinionated one is preceded in the video by a pair of Range Rovers – one new, one old – at least one of which is a camera car, so this drive of the Mclaren P1 is obviously heading for a TV screen soon – hopefully on Top Gear.
