MOT test scrapped for Classic Cars
Mon, 21 May 2012MOTs scrapped for Classic Cars The Department for Transport has announced it is scrapping MOT tests for cars registered before 1960. Their mutual passion for design and their enthusiasm led to a much larger project and Newson eventually delivered a complete working prototype.
