22" Chrome Asanti Af117 Range Rover Supercharged Wheels Sport Hre Bmw X5 Oem 24 on 2040-parts.com
Newport Beach, California, US
I have a set of chrome plated 22” Asanti AF117 multi-piece forged aluminum wheels and Pirelli Scorpion tires for sale that were removed from a 2009 Supercharged Range Rover. These wheels were designed for the Range Rover (both full size and Sport version) but because of the bolt pattern, offset, and hub diameter of 72.56mm will also fit the BMW X5 prior to 2008. Please bid with confidence as eBay has qualified me as an "ID verified" eBay member. A nice thing about upgrading to a 22” wheel as opposed to a 24” is that you get the benefit of a larger wheel but will not sacrifice the ride quality as you would with a 24” wheel. Structurally the wheels are in great shape and are straight but cosmetically there are some curb scrapes. The wheels are wrapped with Pirelli zero Scorpion tires (285/35/22) and I have pictured the front and then rear tread pics respectively. We briefly put these onto another car but the the right rear tire rubbed so we took them off. The one tire has rub marks on the outside of the tire. The wheels will be shipped FedEx Ground (not Freight) and will be between $40 and $50 per wheel, depending on your location. I will ship worldwide but shipping will be more. If you need the wheels sooner, please contact me. If you want to stop by to see them, please contact me. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Drivers 'don't care' about engine oil
Thu, 10 Oct 2013JUST 4% of drivers choose which engine oil goes into their car during a service, according to new research. The remaining 96% either don’t care or simply go with whatever a mechanic recommends, leading to calls from a leading engine oil manufacturer and the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) for raised awareness of the benefits of high-grade engine lubricants. In a study of 1,000 drivers, conducted on behalf of Mobil 1, 65% said they wouldn’t know what oil viscosity their car would need to take, while 69% added they had no idea which brand of oil their car manufacturer recommends.
State Farm releases Driver Feedback app
Wed, 04 May 2011Accelerometers aren't just for the autocross geeks who want to see whether they threw more than 1.0 lateral g's on their last apex. These gadgets have made their way to the iPhone. State Farm is releasing its Driver Feedback app, which uses the iPhone's high-tech guts (accelerometer, gyroscope and digital compass) to measure driving habits such as smoothness or aggressiveness during acceleration, frequency and abruptness of braking and how hard you take corners (ahem, BMW owners).
Kia Rio
Wed, 16 Mar 2011The new Kia Rio made its debut earlier this month, at the 81st Geneva show. Falling in line with the new Kia identity, the Rio now sports the family DRG as well as certain design cues from other models in the range. The Rio is a significant leap forward over the outgoing car in all areas, adopting a more Germanic feel.
