Received the wheels and tires yesterday. I printed off the Fed Ex order you sent to me and signed it with note asking driver to leave them on porch. Thanks much for doing that..it saved me 2-3 days of back and forth with Fed Ex to actually get them. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. They are in "as new" condition and the packing/shipping was outstanding. They are on my truck now so I'm good for another 90,000 miles!

In the seemingly never-ending saga of Spyker and Saab it does now seem likely that the deal we reported last week with Chinese distributors Pang Da is going to pan out. The messy-looking deal with Pang Da has seen the beleaguered Dutch car maker receiving €30 million already from the cash-rich Chinese, which it’s using to pay-off its suppliers in an attempt to get production lines rolling again in Trollhattan.

The revolutionary post-war design with slick slab sides and semi-covered wheels became a symbol of American optimism. "The inspiration for the Forty-Nine concept comes from the passion and excitement of the original, combined with the imagination of people across America who customized the car and turned it into what they thought a really great car should be," said J Mays, Ford's vice president of Design at the unveiling of the retro-futurist coupe back in 2001.
GM agrees to sell Saab to supercar company Koenigsegg
Tue, 16 Jun 2009General Motors confirmed Tuesday morning that it has a tentative agreement to sell Saab to a group led by Swedish supercar maker Koenigsegg Automotive. The deal would close by the end of the third quarter and put Saab in the hands of an upstart, boutique car company known for producing eye-catching cars with gaudy horsepower ratings and even gaudier price tags. The agreement includes $600 million in financing from the European Investment Bank.
