Vauxhall Corsa Black Edition revealed with new 1.4 litre turbo
Fri, 22 Jun 2012Vauxhall has launched a new limited edition Corsa – the Black Edition – featuring a new 1.4 litre Turbo petrol with 118bhp. The Vauxhall Corsa Black Edition is, say Vauxhall, initially limited to just 500 units. Which does tend to suggest that if it sells, the Black Edition will join the regular Corsa Range.

Tue, 02 Jul 2013Jaguar-Land Rover has a new engineering boss and product delivery enforcer, as it gears up for an unprecedented new model push. Announced today and effective from 1 August 2013, Dr Wolfgang Ziebart becomes group engineering director, replacing Bob Joyce who moves into the new role of product creation and delivery director. Ziebart worked in R&D at BMW for 23 years, before moving onto key suppliers Continental and semi-conductor maker Infineon.

The Geneva Motor Show has provided us with a number of debuts, one of which was the 2010 VW Sharan, Volkswagen’s first proper reworking of its full size people carrier in half a generation. VW started out the launch for the 2010 Sharan with a little visual tease last month, but we get most of the detail with the reveal of the new Sharan at Geneva this week.
