Combined shipping: We DO offer combined shipping rates based on multiple purchase, as long as the items are purchased concurrently at the same time, and we are notified prior to the completion of the sale.

With Free Shipping, your order will be delivered by Standard Ground only (Expedited Shipping does not qualify)

Free Shipping is available to U.S. addresses in the lower 48 U.S. states

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed.*

For most orders, we ship using UPS and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

On occasion, Advanced Auto Recyclers may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the US territories outside the continental United States.

Warranty Policy

Advanced Auto Recyclers guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

The 30 day warranty term will start the date the part is delivered. No part is eligible for return once 30 days from the date of purchased have elapsed.  If the return is within 30 days and we have a replacement in stock, we will exchange the part at no cost.  All International sales are sold AS-IS with no returns or warranties. All parts must be installed to manufacturer's specifications. Failure to install parts properly will void all warranties. You will be required to submit documentation regarding the installation to support a warranty claim. 

 Used engines are guaranteed to not have a cracked block, cracked head, or bad crankshaft. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder head(s) are not warrantied. These are left on the engine for the installer's convenience only.  Overheated engines voids all warranty.  For all transmissions: Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install a new filter (A.T. only), broken front pump, or improper installation voids all warranties. 

Buyer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of a part or parts purchased for purposes intended. We reserve the right to be the determiner of the condition of the part when sold and when returned.  Verbal representation, made by any person, contrary to the provisions of this warranty, shall not be binding.

*Note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please include all original packaging, manuals, and materials in order to avoid being penalized.

Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:

Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

We take pictures and file all parts before they leave our premises. If the returned part is physically damaged, missing components, tampered with, or has been taken apart, the warranty is void. Labor charges are not covered under warranty.  A return approval must be given before the buyer sends back the part.

 It is the customer's responsibility to understand that they are purchasing used parts and to be comfortable with the purchase and part condition before payment is made. We reserve the right to be the determiners of shipping packaging quality. If the return is inadequately packaged the customer will be responsible for the damage. 

Buyer is responsible for shipping any returns, defective items, or warranty items at their cost. We will ship warranty replacement items at our cost. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable at any time.  We are not responsible for any charges that shipping companies may require for assistance or lift gate, redelivery, extended area delivery, etc. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by the shipping carrier.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and closeouts/Clearance. If you are unsure as to whether your desired item is excluded, please contact us before sale ends.

Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

We strongly believe in packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
