These are too long to ship anywhere in the world using Priority Mail International from the United States Postal Service. For all foreign shipments, I would have to ship them to a freight forwarder in California to be included in a large sea container going to any foreign country.

This listing is for a pair of very scarce extra long running boards from a 1928 or 1929 Ford Model A or AA 1-1/4 ton truck. The first photo shows them oriented as they would be on a truck if one was looking down from above with the front of the boards at the top of the photo.

These were most often used on trucks equipped with the express box which was like a long pickup box. I have also seen 1 or 2 1928 or 1929 Ford Model AA trucks with the Ford flatbed that also had rear fenders and long running boards like these. I never could figure out why anyone would offer or buy a truck with the flatbed that also had fenders on the rear wheels.

These are not rusted out or even thin anywhere. There is a considerable amount of surface rust for a section about 2 feed long near the back of the driver's side or left hand board. There are a few extra holes in both of these boards.

Both of these boards have enough wear where the driver and passenger stepped on them for m any years to wear through the tops of some of the diamonds. You can see this wear best in the                                photo of this listing. I would think one could weld up these holes best from the bottom side. One might also use body filler on the bottom side to fill these tiny holes.

I will add more information soon. Thanks a lot, Bob Woodburn - phone 406-799-1847 in Bozeman Montana USA
