 Up for auction is this Briggs & Stratton Tank and Carburetor for a  2-3 HP Engine.  This fits many Briggs engines,  it is the small tank with a bracket that bolts to the engine block.  The carb and tank are dirty and need to be cleaned and painted.  The tank is clean inside no rust or holes and comes with the tank cap and bracket--some fuel deposit, but still a good tank.  Carb needs to be cleaned and a new gasket kit installed.  Shipping to any of the 50 states is $10.95 Priority Airmail with Tracking and Insurance.

Chrysler loses 'Imported from Detroit' lawsuit

A federal judge today denied a motion by Chrysler Group LLC to bar use of its "Imported from Detroit" commercial tag line by clothier Pure Detroit, which in turn has formally opposed Chrysler's bid to trademark the phrase. U.S. District Judge Arthur Tarnow ruled that Chrysler's request didn't show that it would suffer irreparable harm or that it had a strong likelihood of winning its case.
