Fiat demonstrates (for us prudes) how to sell cars, the Italian way
Thu, 06 Dec 2012Italians are nothing if not imbued with salaciousness. At the Los Angeles Auto Show last week, Fiat leapt upon this fact with a seemingly undiscovered gusto, like a high-school kid who just had his first beer and is—as we speak—rushing to his friends to tell them all about it. Roush introduces three stages of fun for the 2013 Ford Mustang
Mon, 09 Apr 2012Roush Performance is synonymous with high-performance Ford Mustangs, and for 2013 Mustangs, Roush will offer three stages of enhancement. For those who prefer cosmetics over performance, the Stage One kit consists of the R6 aerobody package, which includes a remodeled front end, a hood scoop, rocker panels, a three-piece rear decklid spoiler, race-inspired (not CFD tested) diffusers and new chrome exhaust tips. Stage Two is a step up for performance-minded Mustang fans.
Ford F-150 SVT Raptor gets turned into 'The Beast'
Mon, 24 Feb 2014Looks like we've got ourselves a good ol' fashioned truck horsepower war brewing. Hot on the heels of the debut of the Chevrolet Silverado-based Reaper by Lingelfelter and the Callaway-tuned Chevrolet Silverado, German tuner Geiger has brought out their version of the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor dubbed "The Beast." Apparently, the company felt that the standard Raptor just didn't produce enough power, but their take on the already mental truck is slightly different from Hennessey's approach. Geiger has added a 2.9-liter supercharger to the 6.2-liter V8, bringing the horsepower output up from 411-hp to 572-hp.
