This is a 2 piece set of tension springs that go between the door panel and the window regulator. These are factory GM correct for many applications. These springs are exactly like the original factory GM ones. The bottom of the spring as pictured is 1.655" (approximately 1 5/8) in diameter and the top as pictured is .845" (approximately 27/32") in diameter. The spring wire is .080" in diameter. Please look at the photos and be sure that the ones you need look like and measure like the ones listed. I also have sets of 4 in my other listings. You will get exactly what is pictured. The original springs are always rusty, broken or lost when removed. Now you can get your car back to original showroom standards with this this new tension spring set. The last episode of Top Gear Series 19 – episode 7 – airs tonight as the second part of the ‘Christmas Special’ to find the source of the Nile in Africa. According to Jeremy Clarkson, the reason we had no Top Gear last autumn, and the reason we’re seeing the Top Gear Christmas Special to find the source of the Nile in Africa in £1500 estates now, is that the BBC schedules were too crammed with stuff like the summer of sport, Strictly Come Dancing and I’m a Z-list Celebrity. But if the viewing figures for part 1 of the Top Gear special to find the source of the Nile are anything to go by, the Beeb would have been better airing Top Gear than the Autumn fodder of ‘reality’ shows last year, as Top Gear stuffed the current reality show – Dancing on Ice – in last Sunday’s ratings.

Apple's Siri to invade cars within one year

The Apple Worldwide Developers Conference 2012 was under way on Monday at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, where Apple CEO Tim Cook has announced that the Siri personal assistant will soon be in the car. According to Cook, within the next 12 months, drivers will be able to hit a button on the steering wheel and connect with that disembodied voice from the commercials. BMW, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Audi, Toyota, Chrysler and Honda have all signed on for the experience.
