Saleen announces new electric supercar
Wed, 04 Dec 2013Californian tuner and sometimes supercar-builder Saleen has confirmed it is working on an all-new electric car, with plans to debut the new model in 2015. Perhaps best known for the 248mph Saleen S7 Twin Turbo, which went out of production in 2009, the firm specialises in providing performance upgrades for modern American muscle cars, including the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro. Alarming number of drivers lack road sign knowledge
Thu, 08 May 2014A THIRD OF DRIVERS in the UK do not know even the most basic road signs such as the National Speed Limit and Slippery Road warnings. This is the finding of a survey by More Than, which found that 34% of drivers in the UK did not know what the National Speed Limit sign was. The Slippery Road sign was misunderstood by one in seven drivers as meaning ‘paint on the road.’ With research conducted alongside 29 police forces, the survey found 20% of UK drivers had received penalty points for speeding in the past 10 years.
Chinese car firm set to expand

Qoros, which introduced the 3 Sedan at the 2013 Geneva and Shanghai motor shows, is set to introduce the as-yet unnamed model in March, again at the Geneva show. Among the manufacturer’s claims are that the new car will boast European levels of materials quality, as well as advanced technology like an eight-inch touch-screen display and a Cloud-based infotainment system.
