Will not separate!! One lot sale: TWO(2) 1956 Triumph T110 T120 TR6 6T lot of parts frames, engines magnetos generators transmissions +++ See pictures. Bike in parts for many years with plan on building. Never came to fruition. Auction includes: two complete frames(one California titled), two sets of forks, two sets of triple clamps, two generators and two magnetos, Two complete motors, additional set of motor cases, two wheels, one carburetor, two swingarms, two kick starter lever, 2 brake lever, 1 complete exhaust , 1 fuel tank rack, 1 smiths speedo with 13k. PLUS lots of misc. rare parts I haven't mentioned. One frame is titled, the other I can provide a bill of sale for. Both engines turn over as well the transmissions. NO water damage or rust. Been stored inside in HOT and DRY Arizona. Some pictures are missing: pictures of second complete frame, aftermarket front fender. Ford's forgotten T-Drive program
Mon, 29 Oct 2012Digital boss Andy Stoy recently passed along this little piece of nearly forgotten Ford history from the early 1990s. We know that our girl Murilee Martin dug this up way back in 2010, but the wonder of the Ford T-Drive system is worth revisiting. According to Drivingenthusiast.com, “T-drive is a system consisting of a transversally located inline engine, a transmission and associated packaging.” The transmission is mounted to the side of the engine, or the back, depending on how you look at things.
