Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without having you to send anything back.
If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.
Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like EMS, DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.

4.Buyer is responsible for the return postage. If you ask for a refund during valid period, we will offer you a refund without postage charges. Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case. We are only responsible for once re-sending expense for replacement due to defects.
