Despite carrying the concept tagline, the car is a thinly veiled production model of the forthcoming Samsung SM7 in Asia, and possibly the next generation Renault Laguna or Safrane in Europe. Ford has revealed the new C-Max range in Frankfurt including the Grand C-Max (pictured). Two weeks ago we took the lid off the new Ford C-Max with the first pictures of Ford’s 2010 C-Max, which is the first car from Ford to be built on the next generation Focus platform (C-Segment Platform). With swooping, overgrown-coupe lines Ford has done a good job of injecting a bit of style and it’s Kinetic design language in to the new C-Max.

London to increase pedestrian crossing countdowns

MORE PEDESTRIAN crossings will get "how-long-have-I-got?" countdown signs as part of a new safety action plan for London's roads. The pedestrian countdowns will be extended to include around 10% of the capital's crossings, Transport for London (TfL) said. The plan also includes trials of innovative collision detection software on London buses this summer.
