Caterham Seven Supersport (2011) first official pictures
Mon, 11 Apr 2011This is the new Caterham Seven Supersport, a new roadster that offers track-biased fun for less than £20k. The Seven shape is familiar, but Caterham has pinched parts from its Supersport race series cars (which sit above the Academy and Roadsport classes, but below the Superlight and forthcoming SP/300R) to create this new Supersport model. 2013 Land Rover Defender gets a bit more appealing
Fri, 31 Aug 2012Land Rover has updated the Defender for 2013 with new colours, new premium seat design and upgraded in-car entertainment. The updates for the 2013 Land Rover defender may not be quite as radical, but in a car world that now expects a little more in the way of home comforts – even if you’re fording a stream or climbing a mountain – the new options are welcome. Land Rover has decided to offer a new range of contrast roof colours for the Defender, with the normal white option being extended to include Santorini Black, Indus Silver, Orkney Grey or Firenze Red and available on almost the whole of the Defender’s paint jobs.
Land Rover sending more Range Rover Evoques to the US
Fri, 20 Jul 2012Land Rover are increasing the supply of the new Range Rover Evoque to the US by a third to help meet demand. In the land where cubic inches are king and any SUV smaller than a Hummer isn’t really an SUV, it’s amazing that the dinky Range Rover Evoque is a hit – but it is. From sales of just 2,200 Evoques in 2011, Land Rover has managed to shift twice that in the first six months of 2012, and Land Rover dealers are still complaining they can’t get enough Evoques to meet demand.
