The 3D Manual Clutch (Patent Pending) is the only manual clutch that is available for mini bikes and go karts that use a 3/4" shaft utility engine. The clutch takes just minutes to install with no special tools required. By also installing a clutch lever, the rider will be able to precisely control when the clutch is slipping and when the clutch is engaged. Experience an immediate performance increase compared to even the most expensive centrifugal clutches on the market.

Benefits:

  • Improves off-the-line acceleration.
  • Provides deceleration braking for more stopping power.
  • Enables bump-starting.
  • No loss of power or unwanted slippage when transitioning from disengaged to engaged.
  • Burnouts and wheels are possible even with low horsepower.
  • No springs or weights to change in order to adjust stall speed like centrifugal clutches on the market
  • Designed with sealed ball bearings for maximum efficiency- even in dirty and dusty environments.
  • Works equally as well for low horsepower and high horsepower applications.
  • Rated for 20 horsepower and 25 ft-lb of torque

A clutch lever that comes with this purchase features a button that allows the user to lock the clutch in 'neutral'. This means that the clutch can be locked in the disengaged position allowing the engine to be started and warmed up without having to pull the lever in. The clutch cable you need will also be provided (choose 3' or 5' length after ordering).
