Now called just the straightforward C-Max, having dropped the Focus part of its name, the new car will be shown at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show. However, there’s still quite a long wait until you can actually buy the new C-Max – it won’t roll into Blue Oval dealers until autumn 2010, when it will pitch into battle with the Renault Scenic and Vauxhall Zafira.

Chrysler future products: 2 cars coming from Fiat, minivan's future considered

The Chrysler and Lancia brands will be joined at the hip in the coming years. The two brands will sell similar versions of large, mid-sized and compact sedans and possibly a minivan. Kia Kia has released pictures of its third-generation Sorento SUV ahead of its European unveiling at the Paris Motor Show 2014. The 2015 Kia Sorento is a seven-seat bigger brother to the Sportage, which itself received a mid-life update earlier this year. In typical Kia fashion, the front of the 2015 Sorento is dominated by its “tiger nose” grille, as well as long swept-back headlights – similar to those on the Cee'd hatchback.
