An example is shift knobs which were molded slightly oblong, or don’t seat squarely at a 90 degree angle to the shift rod. We made every effort to document every last imperfection, but we may have missed something. All items sold as is, and may not have minor parts such as shift adapter nuts, but if that was missing, please let us know, rather than returning it (or leaving negative feedback), we could always send one out. That said, I personally sealed the last hundred, and I recall about 3 missing it. We have since found more, so just let us know! Also, we review every item we leave feedback for, please remember to leave us positive feedback as well, and in the event of an issue, give us a chance to remedy it. Its sister company Volkswagen also needed a sports coupe to replace the Karmann Ghia and so the two brands joined together to develop what would become the Porsche 914. These days the 914 holds something of a ‘cool factor', generally considered as the ‘black sheep' in Porsche history.
Hyundai delays Sonata Hybrid deliveries for change in sound device
Fri, 04 Mar 2011Delivery to dealerships of most of Hyundai's initial Sonata Hybrids has been delayed until at least late March because the brand is altering the car’s device that emits an artificial engine noise at low speeds. Hyundai planned to have the car available in January but only a small number of the vehicles are in dealer stock, Hyundai spokesman Jim Trainor said. Trainor declined to say how many Sonata Hybrids have arrived in the United States but said about 700 units are in port or at sea.
