Kia at Geneva Motor Show: Kia Sportage (2010)
Tue, 02 Mar 2010Kia has revealed the 2010 Sportage at Geneva As with many of the reveals we’re getting at Geneva, we’ve already told you to expect the car in previous reports. We reported a month ago that Kia’s version of the Hyundai ix35 – the Kia Sportage – would bow in at Geneva, but we had precious little detail beyond a couple of photos. Well, Kia have made up for that with one of the longest press releases in a while on the new Sportage.
Australian Automotive Industry Design Night announced
Fri, 14 Jun 2013The Australian Auto Industry Design Night is set to take place on 28 June despite the surprise cancellation of the Melbourne motor show. Traditionally held on the first day of the show, this year's Auto Industry Design Night will be held at Gasolina, South Wharf, Melbourne. Gasolina is a concept created by two friends Dean Johnson and Carl Cerra, who is also an industrial designer/clay modeler and has also worked throughout Europe, you can check it out here.

The young engineer's first assignment was setting up a gearbox test stand for the company's new all-syncromesh Type 519 transaxle.
