Building a Level Lift kit for Ford F150/Expedition trucks has always been a challenge.  Leveling the stance of any torsion-bar-equipped truck involves replacing the factory torsion bar keys with new ones that have been re-indexed to allow more ride height adjustment. OE factory keys can vary up to 18 degrees.

East Coast Motorsports has the final lift solution for the F150/Expedition with two different torsion bar keys that provide lift regardless of how the truck was equipped from the factory. The F150/Expedition torsion keys are forged from high-quality steel and designed to OE specifications, providing up to 3" of lift to level the front.  Kits also include our patented shock spacers so that the factory shock absorbers can be retained. The maximum recommended tire size this kit will allow is 35x12.50 or 315/70

Kit includes:
  • One pair of 3" forged leveling keys
  • One pair of steel shock spacers
  • Install instructions
  • Fits all (1997-2003) F150/Expedition 4x4 Trucks & SUVs

Saleen announces new electric supercar

Wed, 04 Dec 2013

Californian tuner and sometimes supercar-builder Saleen has confirmed it is working on an all-new electric car, with plans to debut the new model in 2015. Perhaps best known for the 248mph Saleen S7 Twin Turbo, which went out of production in 2009, the firm specialises in providing performance upgrades for modern American muscle cars, including the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro. On Bing: see pictures of the Saleen S7 Find out how much used muscle car costs on Auto Trader However, Saleen is keen to get into the bespoke supercar game again, and is claiming in a newly released statement that its forthcoming electric vehicle will be ‘unlike anything currently in the market place.’ Exactly what this would entail is unclear at this stage, but the Saleen is saying ‘Throw out your pre-conceived notions and expectations.

Jaguar F-Type on video at Goodwood FoS

Fri, 13 Jul 2012

We have video of Jaguar’s Mike Cross taking the new Jaguar F-Type up the hillclimb at Goodwood as Jaguar show off their new toy. We thought we were pretty much done and dusted with news from this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, but as Jaguar has finally managed to edit a video of the new Jaguar F-Type at the FoS we thought it worth revisiting one more time. Jaguar made a bit of a show of the camouflaged F-Type at Goodwood – its first public outing – with guards standing outside the container the F-Type was housed in to keep sticky fingers and prying eyes at bay.
