ONE OF THE EXTENSIONS HAS THE TIP COMPLETELY BROKEN OFF (3.5" IS MISSING). THESE EXTENSIONS CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY ONLINE, SO IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS BROKEN ONE SHIPPED TO YOU, I CAN DISPOSE OF IT.  IF YOU DO WANT IT AND TRY TO FABRICATE/REBUILD THE MISSING PIECE, I WILL SHIP IT NO PROBLEM.
THE OTHER 2 PARTS ARE IN GOOD USED SHAPE, THEY HAVE SCRATCHES & NICKS. WILL NEED TO BE SANDED, PRIMED & PAINTED.

Hot Wheels and Icon in sandbox battle

As first reported by Jeff Glucker of Hooniverse, the toymaker Mattel has been accused of infringing on a trademark held by the low-volume vehicle builder Icon 4X4. Icon claims that a Hot Wheels toy being distributed worldwide is based on its Icon FJ40—which itself is based on the Toyota FJ40—and that Hot Wheels' use of Icon's design, promotional materials and the name “FJ40” violates trademarks held by Icon. In its response to Tuesday's Hooniverse post, Hot Wheels claimed that the toy is not based on the Icon FJ40, and that it has the right to use the term “FJ40” despite Icon's trademark.

First photo of the 2011 BMW 6 Series Convertible We got the reveal of the BMW 6-Series Concept at the Paris Motor Show last week (well, the car BMW are calling the 6-Series Concept. If you believe that) and as far as we can work out, BMW has a very small window to make the 6-Series ‘Concept’ in to a production car. Our sources tell us it’s due to go in to production in March 2011 – that’s just five months away.
