Defective Part: If the part you received has a manufacturer's defect, please contact us by email . We will need you to send us the defective part for inspection before we ship you a replacement. Before the defective part is sent, we will email a pre-paid shipping return label to put on the return package box. Then drop off at any UPS / Fedex Store or call UPS / Fedex to pick upthe return package. Once we receive the defective part and inspect it (usually takes 1-3 business days), we will ship you a brand new replacement part.

Damaged in Transit: If you find any damaged items, please contact us by email immediately. We require digital picture(s) of the part of damaged. Once shipping damage is confirmed, we will help file the claim. Upon reply from the shipping vender, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged goods to us. Once we receive the damaged order and inspect it (usually takes 1-3 business days), we will ship you a brand new replacement or process a refund.
