To coincide with the launch of its new XJ limo, Jaguar has teamed up with the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC), and hopes to raise £1m for the charity’s helplines by offering lottery tickets with the keys to the first XJ as the prize. Speed cameras to be switched back on

Mayor George Ferguson said that work will start in 2014 to re-commission the 26 speed and traffic light cameras that lost funding from central government in 2011.
