Mileage warranty is based on road conditions, driving habits, and regular maintenance, including but not limited to tire pressure, balancing, rotation, and alignment.

Delivery
After receipt of payment, shipping of the merchandise normally takes 1-3 business days. We use FedEx for shipping and require signature confirmation to receive items. Please call us if you are not able to receive the items. Fedex will not be able to ship to PO Boxes, you must use a physical address. Freight charges are valid for the 48 Contiguous States. Delivery

We make every effort to ensure that you, as our customer, are satisfied with our services. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we run out of stock. Alternative tires are available upon request.
If delivery is delayed by an act of God or force majeure (circumstances considered reasonably beyond the control of USA Wheel and Tire Outlet), USA Wheel and Tire Outlet shall not be held liable for late delivery.
We reserve the title of property to all products delivered, until all outstanding payments and all demands concerning the order have been settled.
Our tire delivery prices within the United States include packaging and shipping costs per shipment; such costs will not be claimed on return of unwanted goods. However, a distinction will be made between those goods that are returned because the goods are no longer wanted, and those that are returned due to being faulty.

Return Policy:

Unwanted goods

Unwanted goods may be returned if you contact us within 14 business days of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged.
All Unwanted Return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. USA Wheel and Tire Outlet will not be able to refund the shipping costs to and from our warehouses. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and packaging related to his or her order. Refusal of package will result in a 15% restocking fee, the original non-refundable shipping cost, and the cost of return shipping. Please contact us for an RMA number before refusing the package or shipping anything back to USA Wheel and Tire Outlet.
After receipt of the goods at our warehouse and careful inspection of the goods, we will issue a refund based on your method of payment. When returning goods, the customer must use a form of shipping that comes with a tracking number. USA Wheel and Tire Outlet will not be held liable for any damage caused during shipping from the customer to USA Wheel and Tire Outlet; The customer must package their goods in the same way they received their goods.

Incorrect goods

Our auctions include descriptions and part numbers that are pursuant to the manufacturer. The images, however, may not be indicative of the actual product. We use stock images given to us by the manufacturers. If you are unsure of what a product may look like, please contact us for help.
If you receive goods that are different from what you ordered, you must contact USA Wheel and Tire Outlet within 5 business days of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged.

Warranty, Liability

Damage claims against USA Wheel and Tire Outlet will be refuted unless USA Wheel and Tire Outlet management, employees or legal representatives are liable for deliberate acts of gross negligence. We will not accept liability for damages due to negligence in so far this exclusion of liability is held to be reasonable under the given circumstances. The customer's statutory rights for non-delivery are not affected by this clause.
Tires returned for defects are subject only to the warranty and warranty process of the manufacturer of that tire.
Product claims can only be filed by our direct customers.
Save for the customer's statutory rights in relation to the purchased tires or wheels and their fitness for purpose and (amongst others) satisfactory quality, damage claims will be refuted, if we, our legal representatives, or our management are not liable for deliberate act or gross negligence. This also applies to damages incurred due to duties neglected during negotiations, as well as unauthorized acts.
Our legal representatives and management are not liable for ensuing damages and typical damages, resulting from a careless interpretation of minor contract duties or minor duties within the framework of a contract agreement. The total damage will be restricted to the typical average amount of damages, save for damage due to liability for negligently caused death or personal injury. This clause does not affect your right to seek compensation for any damage or loss incurred by the customer.
In so far as we are insured against damage claims, we may pass on any resulting insurance claim to the client.

THE HUMBLE tax disc is set to become a thing of the past, with Chancellor George Osborne planning to shake up the way we tax our vehicles as part of his Autumn Statement announcement. After more than 90 years affixed to British motorists' cars, the tax disc is to be scrapped and replaced with a modern electronic system. For the first time motorists will also be able to pay for their vehicle excise duty (VED) by monthly direct debit, although this will cost an extra 5%.

Designed at Holden's Port Melbourne design center, the 4th generation Commodore is the first all-new model of the series to be fully designed and engineered in Australia.
