Volkswagen and BYD get cosy
Tue, 26 May 2009VW and BYD have signed an agreement to work together on developing battery technology (BYD F3DM plug-in Hybrid pictured). Volkswagen has announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Chinese car maker and EV specialist BYD to work together “in the area of electric mobility”. Seems sensible.
More Teslas make electric migration

Yesterday, a pair of Tesla Model S sedans driven by a rotating squadron of 15 company employees set what they hope will be an electric record for cross-country travel. Ken Block: Gymkhana Four is best yet

Block said he never thought he'd outdo Gymkhana Three but that he's fully confident that the fourth installment will blow the earlier one out of the water. "The locations we visited and action we documented are absolutely wild," Block said.
