Here is a heater knob. It is in fair shape .Not perfect but still fair.. Just looking at it for some reason I think it is for Mopar car around 1948 but not sure. Look at photos to see if this is what you are looking for.The shaft part that pushes in is around 1/2 inch diameter and pushes in about 3/4 of an inch.The knob it self is just a little over 1 inch diameter and about 5/8 inch deep. Mitsubishi closes California design studio
Wed, 11 Mar 2009Mitsubishi Motors Corp. closed its design studio in Cypress, CA last Thursday – just one month shy of its 25th anniversary. A result of the recent downturn in the global economy, the closure of the facility will eliminate 33 design positions as part of a personnel cull that has seen 60 people within the automaker's US operations lose their jobs.
German tuner Eisenmann repackages Audi R8
Mon, 25 Oct 2010German exhaust tuner Eisenmann has developed a package of changes for the Audi R8 sports car, covering the exhaust system as well as several exterior additions made from carbon fiber, to create what it calls the Spark Eight by Eisenmann. Eisenmann says its aero package is more than just pretty looks and claims that it improves the car's driving dynamics and weight distribution. The changes include: -- Front fascia with grille and fins.
