Warranty - Warranty coverage is only for DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL term. Any misuse and mishandling that caused the item to break / damage is NOT under warranty coverage.
** Pictures are needed when problems reported such as not as described and return for refund, reason for this is to protect both parties and to avoid inconsistency from occurring.
