THIS AUCTION IS FOR SHORT BLOCK ONLY...SEE COMPLETE LIST BELOW I just pulled this 327 sbc out of a gasser style 1938 Ford. the complete engine was running fine, no smoking, no leaks. the owner/builder who is deceased many years built the car in 1967-68, did several strip runs, then left for Vietnam and upon returning, maintained it over the years but left the car sit until his son brought the car out this past summer. what a piece of the 60's to see! cross ram 2 holley 4 barrels, mallory dualpoint/coil and dash switch for "street strip", Mickey Thompson "no hole" valve covers, 12.5:1 pistons, hydraulic roller cam with pushrod springs and to top it all off a homemade double sump oil pan with fabbed pickup. the block has valley breather and rear dump tube. casting on rear 3782870 the right front pad has no markings whatsoever. probably a new block purchased over the counter as no machining is evident. a time capsule. looking for someone to build another rod with vintage 327 power. original bore with no top lip, or scatches in the bores. included are: block steel crank (original) 12.5:1 forged racing pistons rods hydraulic roller cam of unknown origin roller lifters and girdles(?) pushrods and pushrod springs I will assist getting it shipped. have access to commercial location and fork lift please contact for any questions or offers jay 801-891-1601 email/text/call
