CYLINDERS ARE PRECISION HONED USING A DECK PLATE TO 4.030. DECK SURFACES HAVE BEEN SQUARED DECK SURFACED .015 TO A DECK HEIGHT OF 9.010. BLOCK HAS BEEN ALIGN BORED. ALL OIL GALLEY PLUGS WERE REMOVED FOR CLEANING AND REPLACED WITH SCREW-IN PLUGS. REAR MAIN BEARING CAP OIL PASSAGE HAS BEEN RADIUSED TO IMPROVE OIL FLOW. SMS Supercars releases illustrations, pricing for go-fast Mustangs

SMS is Steve Saleen's new venture, and it is planning two main versions based on the 2010 'Stang. A 470-hp model, the SMS 460, is the “base” car, and a convertible version is $69,990.

Fri, 19 Feb 2010This is Citroen taking a swipe at the Mini Cooper S Works – and giving us a hint at what Sebastian Leob will be driving in next year’s WRC. The DS3 Racing is a pumped up version of the new C3-based premium supermini and just 1000 will be finished at the workshops of Citroen Racing, the team behind 11 rally championship titles. Based on the production 1.6 THP, the Racing version gets tweaks to the turbo, exhaust and engine management system to boost power from 148bhp to 197bhp and add 26lb ft of twist for a 203lb ft total.
