   This engine is a (1963-1995 depending on your needs) 350 style Engine with 1 piece rear seal and late model center bolt valve cover heads. It is bored .040 with seal power coated pistons (hypereutectic pistons) and moly rings. The heads have a fresh valve job and all new springs and locks, crank is balanced and has all new bearings. ARP head bolts, new oil pan and timing cover, brass freeze plugs, and come with gasket set.Cam is a  hyd flat tappet grind built for bottom end power, can do carb or FI style. Aston is aiming for the overall win at the legendary 24-hour race on 13-14 June 2009, 50 years after Carroll Shelby and Roy Salvadori drove a DBR1 to victory. Aston’s new LMP1 car is based on the Lola-developed 2008 Charouz Racing Aston Martin that came ninth at Le Mans in 2008. For '09 the car has been further tweaked with help from Lola, Michelin, Koni and BBS.

Possible Ferrari F70 tester spotted

The above photos of what very well might be a development mule for the next primo Ferrari —likely to be called the F70—were recently posted on the Ferrari 4/5 Competizone Facebook page. The future F70 is expected to be a front-runner in the competition between the very best cost-no-object supercars. The F70 will feature a 7.3-liter V12 coupled to a kinetic-energy-recovery system, a combination that will be good for 920 hp.

As we expected, the 500C gets a full-length canvas roof, with the C pillars staying in place to keep the cost down and add strength.
