Next-gen Passat to offer hybrid and twin-turbo power

BMW i Pedelec (2012): all about BMW's electric bike

BMW will launch around 200 i Pedelec electric scooters in London this summer as part of its fleet for the 2012 Olympic games. NASCAR legend Richard Petty was joined by celebrated racers Carroll Shelby and Don Garlits on Saturday at a seminar at the Amelia Island Concours in Amelia Island, Fla. Shelby was filling in for Sir Stiling Moss OBE, who was injured a week ago after falling into an elevator shaft at his home. The three racers regaled a packed house with stories of their careers.
