Beautifully restored M20 1966 Muncie, has been taken apart completely and remanufactured by professional transmission rebuilder. Main case number 3885010, tail housing 3846429, side cover 3831707, and original GM bearing retainer. Date code P1211= Muncie December 11th. Serial numbers from 1963 to 1966 included only the month and day, so no year indication. Has course 10 spline with two rings on input shaft and fine 27 spline on rear shaft. 2.52 low gear on this one. Vin appears to be 6K115702. Has all new hardware and bolts and gaskets and seals and synchronizers. Turns and shifts flawlessly. Infiniti to sell luxury EV in 2013

Infiniti plans to launch its first luxury electric vehicle in the United States and other global markets in 2013. Nissan Motor Co.'s luxury division said Friday that the Infiniti EV will be “a stylish, high performance five-seat luxury vehicle with zero emissions technology.” Infiniti first announced plans to market an electric vehicle last year but offered few details until now. It will be based on the same platform as the Nissan Leaf, an electric car scheduled to go on sale later this year.

These are the first pictures of Kia's new 2010 electric concept car, the Pop, which is due to make its debut at the Paris motor show on 30 September. Details on the new Kia Pop are sketchy, but at 3m long and with a triple-seat arrangement, it could be that Kia has its sights set on creating a rival to the Toyota iQ. In fact, we can see from the bird's-eye shot that the seating plan mimics that of Toyota's baby with two positions in a front bench and a single rear seat behind the front passenger.

U.S. new car sales surge at fastest pace in nearly 7 years

U.S. sales of cars and light trucks surged 9 percent in November 1.24 million units and rolled off dealership lots at the fastest pace in almost seven years. The industry's annualized sales rate, adjusted for seasonal factors, rose to 16.4 million last month, up from 15.3 million a year earlier and easily topping analysts' forecasts in the 15.8 million range.
