Beijing Jeep Corporation BJ2S
Wed, 27 Jun 2007These are pictures of the BJ2S, the first new Chinese military jeep in 35 years. Hailing from the Beijing Jeep Corporation (BJC), the BJ2S is also called the 'Warrior' and was designed by Edward Wong. The entire concept came to realization in a scant two and a half months. Wong took inspiration from Bruce Lee and the Shaolin monks when creating the BJ2S, a utilitarian design theme with a front fascia drawing on the face of the kylin, an auspicious animal in Chinese culture.
McLaren's latest P12 teaser video
Fri, 14 Sep 2012McLaren has followed up its announcement that its Paris-bound P12 hypercar, teased with an image last week, by releasing a video that suggests the shape and aerodynamics we can expect from the car. If the P12's unveiling is anything like the light show in the video, it should be a fantastic experience in Paris.

Wed, 08 Jan 2014At the Consumers Electronics Show this week Toyota claimed that a production version of its four-door midsize FCV concept fuel cell sedan will hit showrooms some time in 2015. Toyota has been investing in fuel-cell technology for the past 20 years, and since 2002 it has been testing and developing prototypes primarily in North America. Toyota claims that it has reduced the cost of producing a fuel-cell powertrain, and has estimated a 95 percent cost reduction in the powertrain and fuel tanks for the 2015 production model versus the 2002 prototype.
