3970532 1969 AZ Code 15 X 8 OEM Rally Wheel Stem Code 3-22-1969 AZ One Of One Corvette.

Date Code K-1-9 3 22 (March 22, 1969). This one was a spare rim removed from a 1969 427 390 HP Corvette and had a factory Goodyear Polyglas GT G60 15 mounted on it. Never had a trim ring installed on the rim. Rolls straight with no tweaks, twists or wobbles. Paint scoring from spare tire holder present. Tire changer tool scrape on lip. Nice, unmolested rim in original paint with lots of patina. Usual surface rust all over, front and back. Look the pictures over, what you see is what you get.




Alpina to debut B6 GT3 race car at Geneva motor show

Alpina has been tinkering with BMW vehicles for close to 50 years and has a rich motorsports history that includes campaigns in European touring car, hill climbing, rally and endurance racing that it stepped away from 20 years ago. Now the racing bug has returned to Alpina with the announcement of its entry into the FIA GT3 European championship series. The BMW 6-series based B6 GT3 will have its first public showing at the Geneva motor show in March.

Audi introduces free smartphone app for roadside service

With its new roadside-assistance tool, Audi joins the crew of carmakers creating smartphone apps. Available for iPhone, Android and some Blackberry devices, the free app connects you directly with Audi and its insurance partner, Allstate. The app sends your vehicle information to Audi Roadside Services, allows you to select the type of service you require and communicates your location using your phone's GPS.

Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster outed by the US Government It’s news all Lamborghini fans have been waiting for, the confirmation that Lamborghini are going to chop the top off the LP700-4 and give us the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster. To be honest, we weren’t expecting any sort of confirmation from Lamborghini on the Aventador Roadster until later this year, perhaps with a first outing at Frankfurt in September or even Geneva early in 2012. And it’s not Lamborghini who’ve revealed the Aventador Roadster will be with us next year.
