The Land Rover Defender 90 Yachting Edition by Startech Rather than it being a surprise that Startech has produced a cosmetically highly-specced version of the iconic Land Rover Defender, the surprise is that more tuning forms don’t do it. After all, the Defender is as iconic a 4×4 as you can get, enough to imbue it with coolness and desirability by right. True, as a fast cruiser the Defender would struggle to hack it, but as an Urban Cruiser – where posing is more important than performance – it would do a fine job.

Peugeot 2008

Peugeot has revealed the first pictures of the production model of its new B-segment supermini crossover, the 2008. We saw the 2008 Concept unveiled in Paris last year and from the new pictures it's obvious that the final model isn't too different. Interior shots haven't been released yet, so we'll have to wait and see what changes have been made.

'Special Cars by Pininfarina' model car collection announced

12 1:43-scale models of Pininfarina's most famous cars will be shown as part of the International Toy Fair in Nuremburg. Fans of the carrozeria will get the chance to reflect on some of the most beautiful cars of the modern era in miniature form in the ‘Special Cars by Pininfarina' exhibition. "I have personally chosen the models that now form part of the ‘Special Cars by Pininfarina' collection to give to car fans like myself the chance to live the Pininfarina legend to the full," said Pininfarina Group chairman Paolo Pininfarina.
