Mon, 07 Nov 2011Subaru won't just show the new BRZ sports car at the 2011 Tokyo motor show – it'll also unveil this Advanced Tourer Concept hybrid car. Pitched as a hint at what could replace the Subaru Legacy, Subaru says the new Advanced Tourer Concept juggles 'driving performance and utility.' This concept car is a bit smaller than today's Legacy, however; at 4580mm long, it's more C-segment sized than the current 4775mm Legacy wagon. Seat opens new Global Design Center
Fri, 23 Nov 2007Seat has opened its new Global Design Center, located within the Technical Center close to its manufacturing operations in Martorell, near Barcelona. A week of opening celebrations culminated with an event on Nov 8 for designers from the fields of architecture, fashion, industry, advertising, communication, art and photography, as well as specialised design media. More than 130 attendees were able to stroll around the Seat Design Center facilities in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.
BMW i8 Spyder concept car (2012) first pictures
Mon, 02 Apr 2012BMW will chop the top off the i8 hybrid at the 2012 Beijing auto show - and it's unveiled photos of its new i8 Spyder convertible supercar a few weeks ahead of the expo in China. It's a sign that Munich will offer a convertible i8 alongside the tin-top coupe when BMW i8 sales kick off in 2014. This one sports a two-section folding roof, converting the i8 from coupe to roadster in a few seconds.
