This is a bottom cowl removed from a 1986 4 hp Mercury outboard. Cowling is part number 7711A 4. This shows normal signs of use, but is in good working condition. Comes with the shift linkage, and the kill switch as shown in the pictures. This was used on other 4 and 5 hp Mercury outboard models from the 80's. Please let me know if you have any questions.
