Up for Sale are my (4)Bridgestone Blizzack Winter Tires model WS70 size 225/65R16. The Wheels are Sport edition model A7 size 16X7.5 (Rim width ranges from 6.0-8.0 with optional metal silver valves, there are also 20 silver lug nuts. the wheels also have TMPS sensors, installed.
The tires were used for 1 winter on my 2011 Subaru Outback. they also will . fit on 2012 thru 2014 Outbacks. The entire package is like New. Used 1 winter. Original cost $1200.00 selling at auction starting @ $400 or buy it now at $535. The only reason I'm selling these tires is because I just purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback that now comes with 17' rims requiring me to purchase larger winter tires. The slim, almost Ferrari 458-like dashboard structure has come about through Audi ditching the central MMI (MultiMedia Interface) screen altogether.

Wed, 23 Nov 2011Ford Focus ST - filming in The Sweeney We had the arrival of the production version of the Ford Focus ST at the Frankfurt show in September, and it is due to arrive in 2012 – as is a film version of the iconic 1970s TV show about the Met’s Flying Squad – The Sweeney. The Sweeney – for those not old enough to remember – was a 1970s police TV drama starring the late John Thaw and Dennis Waterman as Reagan and Carter – real-life Life on Mars cops; hard-drinking, chain smoking and with a complete disregard for the rules. The Sweeney featured Ford cars front and centre, with DI Reagan driven around in a Ford Consul GT and sidekick Carter foisted in to a Cortina when Reagan sent him off on his own.
Better Place Electric Car visitor centre opens
Tue, 09 Feb 2010Better Place have opened a visitor centre in Israel to demonstrate their battery swap technology for electric cars Last October we wrote about a start-up company in Israel – Better Place – that had a new way forward for electric cars by taking the purchase of battery packs out of the equation, and was developing a system for ‘Battery Swap’ stations where electric car owners could drive in and swap their battery pack for a fully-charged one in a few minutes. That story first brought to our attention our favourite quote of last year – by Nissan boss Carlos Ghosn – who said “A hybrid is like a mermaid: if you want a fish, you get a woman; if you want a woman, you get a fish.” Which probably explained why Nissan – and its partner Renault – got involved with Better Place. Better Place aims to address the main concerns of electric car drivers by making the battery packs in electric cars ‘swappable’.
