              THESE  COLLARS ARE RECESSED FOR THE SHORT FLAT OLD STYLE CLIP.                              THEY FIT THE CHIEF/ SCOUT SPRING SNUG ON BOTTOM, AND  WERE IN WITH A BAG OF INDIAN CHIEF,SCOUT AND 741 VALVE COLLARS. SOMEHOW I SUSPECT THEY ARE THE OLDER TYPE FOR INDIAN, LIKE AS IN PRE 1936 OR '39 WHEN THEY WENT TO A TAPERED CLIP. THEY ARE 1.190 OUTSIDE AND .313 INSIDE DIAMETER, THEY ARE ABOUT  .318 THICK. FLAT ON TOP, AND TAPERED  WITH A SHOULDER ON BOTTOM. MAYBE FIT THE 101 OR EARLY 30s CHIEF OR SCOUT....HAVNT DONE MY HOMEWORK ON THESE, SO YOU DECIDE.                                                                 LOOKS MAYBE N.O.S. Ferrari has tapped a high-ranking Apple executive responsible for iTunes and the App Store to serve as a new member of its board. Eddy Cue has worked for Apple for 23 years and reports directly to company CEO Tim Cook. He serves as senior vice president of Internet and software activities for the Cupertino, Calif., company.

It's hard to remember that the VH-platform Aston Martins were pretty mind-bending when they came out. Since the sports-luxury marque was cut loose from Ford's stewardship six years ago, the British manufacturer has seemed a bit adrift, largely playing with variations on a theme, save for the rather radical One-77. It is, of course, a very pretty theme, but the basic design language begun with the DB9 is now a decade old.
