I do not know if they work. They do spin freely one is apart there is a few other parts and condition of those parts is unknown as well.

These parts weigh in at about 40 lbs so shipping is going to be a few dollars how much I don't know.
I am going to put a price of 50.00 on them if it is more you will need to pay the difference less I will kick you back a refund if over 5.00.

Parcels over 4 pounds ship via Priority Mail International and have some loss indemnity at no charge.
Shipments under 4 pounds can be shipped First Class Mail International this class of mailing is usually less than Priority Mail, this service does not allow tracking nor insurance.
If you want full insurance please ask me to quote if you are the high bidder.
There is a risk using First Class mailing. I will provide you a copy of Post Office receipt as verification and the customs number which sometimes is scanned along the way.
