For goodness sakes, we’ve seen two concepts for it and had the head of Audi’s production plant in Belgium saying (wrongly, as it turned out) that production of the Audi A1 would start in October 2009. But that’s not going to stop Audi playing at ‘Tease’, so with production of the A1 now scheduled to start in early 2010 they’ve started to tease the new MINI-competing Audi.
Nissan Helps World's Strongest Man Set New World Record
Wed, 04 Dec 2013THE WORLD'S strongest man, Zydrunas Savickas, set a new Guinness world record for the Most Cars Pulled By One Man when he towed 12 Nissan Notes weighing a total 12,941kg. Savickas, five-times World Strongest Man champion and widely regarded as the one of the greatest strongmen of all time, only had one attempt to set the new record. Wearing a specialised pulling harness and rope arrangement he pulled the 12 Notes over five metres, accomplishing the feat in 32.9 seconds.
Almost 80% of drivers admit illegal acts behind the wheel
Wed, 09 Jul 2014FOUR OUT OF FIVE drivers in the UK admit to driving illegally at some point in the past 12 months. Offences range from talking on a mobile phone while driving to having bald tyres on their car. In a survey by Flexed, 79% of drivers questioned said they had broken the law within the last year and a further 5% were not prepared to answer.
