ONE PURCHASE EQUALS 4 SCREW LOCKS AND ONE KEY.

The stock number is 42924.

This is a listing for a BRAND NEW, SET OF 4, CHROME PLATED, CENTER CAP SCREW LOCKS that are a 8MM 1.25 thread pitch.

The thread length is 1 1/2 inches with an overall length of 1 3/4 inches.

These LOCKS have a .48 inch size head and have a CONE seating bevel.

THERE IS A THIN GROOVE DESIGNED KEY FOR SECURITY, INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF THE LOCKS. THERE IS A FLOWER TYPE DESIGN ON THE HEAD OF THE LOCK. THIS IS WHAT THE KEY FITS INTO.

WARNING---I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT YOU TEST TO SEE WHICH THREAD PITCH THAT YOU NEED. ALSO, MAKE SURE THE HEAD SIZE WILL FIT INTO THE SCREW HOLE

Check your cap to make sure you have a bevel and not a flat seat. Refer to the picture to see the bevel.

IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT LENGTH OR THREAD PITCH, REFER TO MY EBAY STORE. These screw LOCKS are for the automotive and truck industry only. This beveled screw seat cannot be found in a hardware store.

WARNING--BE SURE AND SNUG UP THE LOCKS, BUT THERE IS NO NEED TO OVER TIGHTEN THE LOCKS. THESE SCREW LOCKS WILL FIT A VARIETY OF AFTERMARKET WHEELS.

THE LOCKS WILL FIT WHEELS THAT THE CENTER CAPS COVER UP THE LUG NUTS. THERE WILL BE A SCREW HOLE IN THE CAP AS WELL AS A PLACE ON THE INSIDE OF THE CENTER OF THE WHEELS WHERE THE SCREW THREADS.

THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT SIZES OF THREADS, 5/16 INCH AND 8MM. THIS LISTING IS FOR 8MM .

IF YOU HAVE 5/16 INCH, E-MAIL FOR A DIFFERENT LISTING. SINCE, 5/16 INCH AND 8MM ARE SO SIMILAR AN EASY WAY TO DETERMINE YOUR THREAD PITCH IS TO GET A 5/16" NUT AND TRY TO SCREW IT ONTO YOUR EXISTING SCREW. IF IT SCREWS A LITTLE BIT AND THEN STOPS, YOU HAVE 8MM. IF IT SCREWS FREELY AND EASY, THEN YOU HAVE 5/16. THESE SCREWS WILL NOT FIT OEM FACTORY WHEELS.

Be sure this is the size that you need as screws that are too short or long can be a problem. I have many lengths available, so measure the thread length that you need.

WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1946 AND WILL HELP WITH TECHNICAL INFORMATION IF YOU WILL EMAIL US.

WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO PLEASE EACH AND EVERY PERSON WHO PURCHASES OUR ITEMS. IF WE MAKE A MISTAKE IN ANY WAY, IT IS NOT INTENTIONAL AND WE WILL CORRECT ANY MISTAKE THAT WE MADE. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE ON AN ITEM YOU PURCHASE, E-MAIL OR CALL ME. MY INFORMATION IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE EBAY PAGE.

WE ARE VERY PARTICULAR WITH OUR SHIPPING. WE SECURE EACH AND EVERY PACKAGE AND GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO PROTECT YOUR ITEM.

Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake OFFICIALLY revealed. Price from £82,495

Tue, 25 Feb 2014

The Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake (pictured) has now been officially revealed The new Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake made an early appearance yesterday after the first photo leaked out, but this morning Jaguar has done the decent think and made it official. The XFR-S Sportbrake is a car we all hoped Jaguar would put at the top of their Sportbrake range, but it will have taken two full years since the debut of the XF Sportbrake to add a model with the supercharged V8. But rather than making a straightforward XFR Sportbrake, Jaguar has gone the whole hog – just as it did with the F-Type R Coupe - and skipped the 504bhp version of the Supercharged V8 and jumped straight to the full-fat XFR-S with 542bhp.

MG6 – A new MG shows at Shanghai

Tue, 21 Apr 2009

The new MG6 is unveiled at Shanghai - coming to the UK in 2010 SAIC bought the rights to Rover when Rover fell apart after its sale by BMW for £10. But they didn’t secure all the rights to the ‘Rover’ name, so we won’t be seeing new Rovers by name, but instead we are to get a Rover 75 based MG – the first new MG launch since the ZS and ZT in 2001. Yesterday SAIC unveiled the new MG6, a sport hatchback based on the Rowe 550 (which is itself based on a shortened wheelbase Rover 75) and its destined to come to the UK next year.

Ford is developing a virtual child to improve safety research

Thu, 31 Mar 2011

Researchers at Ford have started constructing a "virtual" six-year-old child that will help them research future safety devices. It will take years to build the complex, multilayer digital dummy, Ford said on Thursday. And the finished computer model won't be used for vehicle validation or crash testing.
