You are bidding/buying USED auto parts.  AM AutoPartsFL only sells working auto parts in good condition.  We will always describe the imperfections to the best of our ability.  Please make sure you understand it is a used auto part unless described otherwise. We put a lot of our efforts to clean each part manually to bring it to its best condition, but still, there might be little dirt, grease, light scratches or other minor imperfections. If you have any questions regarding the item you want to purchase, please contact us before you purchase.

If the item is local pickup only you have 7 days from the end of auction to pick up the item.  If you do not contact us/pick up the item within 7 days, we will relist the item without a refund to you.

BIDDING

We try to be fair and accurate with all auctions and descriptions. Please read each auction carefully before bidding.  Please do not bid if you are unable to comply with the terms of the sale and eBay policies, or are unsure/unable to pay, or have no intention to purchase the item.

SHIPPING

We promise 1 business day for processing and shipping. But normally we ship same business day if payment is received by 12 pm EST). Each package comes with a tracking number. 

If payment comes after 12pm EST, your order will be shipped the next day.

All sold items are only shipped after payment has been cleared.

Shipping quote is for the lower 48 states only, email for quote to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and other international locations.  When shipping through UPS we cannot mail to a PO Box.

International Shipping:

Please check to see if the auction’s shipping is through eBay’s global shipping program.  If so, we do not know the exact shipping fees.  If you don’t see your country in the list then it is not through eBay’s global shipping program and we will have to give you a quote before you buy the item.

In all international sales, the buyer is responsible for paying the customs duties/taxes of their own country.

Part identification:

Many Late Model radios, computers, and modules are designed to work in conjunction with your car's VIN #. Consequently, you may need your car dealer to reprogram or reset the computer or module and the cost will be your responsibility.   If the theft lock code is equipped and activated, it is your responsibility to obtain the code from dealer. Even though sometimes done as a courtesy, many dealers do charge for this service. The theft lock code is not always activated, but we cannot guarantee it.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected within 5 days of auction close. If payment is not received within 7 days a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warning will be filed with eBay. A negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not answer the NPB warning within 10 days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

We offer a 14 day return policy for any defective parts with no hassles.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was defective or not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. If a refund is given, it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. 

All our parts are marked with Security Hologram.  If you return a part and the mark or Security Hologram sticker is not on, tempered or removed, we will not refund your money and report you to eBay. Under no circumstances the Security Hologram sticker should be removed.

Return Process:

Contact us before initiating a return.

We will advise to start a return request through eBay or just have you send us the part.

If you did not create a return request through eBay, we will send you a cancellation of item.  This needs to be completed to get your refund.

International Returns:

When returning an item that is classified as international, meaning not part of the lower 48 US States, we will not cover/refund any additional shipping charges charged through eBay’s global shipping program, customs, airport etc.  We will only refund original purchase price minus shipping costs.

So far, we’ve had the regular S3 and S3 Sportback (and the S3 Cabriolet is on the way), but if you prefer your S3 in a standard four-door saloon guise, you’re in luck – the Audi S3 Saloon has arrived in the UK. With the same 296bhp 2.0 litre TFSI engine as its S3 siblings, the S3 saloon offers strong performance – 0-62mph in 4.9 seconds – and an official combined economy of 40.9mpg (which means emissions of 159g/km (if you opt for the S Tronic gearbox).

General Motors will prep plants in 2012 for next-generation pickups

General Motors will begin retooling assembly plants next year to build the next generation of its full-sized pickups, GM's U.S. sales chief Don Johnson said. "We have some scheduled plant downtime in 2012 as we convert to the next generation of our pickups," he said.
