Between 1950 and 1970   40 hp Elgin outboard motor.  2-cylinder pull-start.  Engine is frozen but it appears that everything else works.   My friend found this motor at his grandpa’s house in Oregon and doesn’t have time to fix it.

Vöcks has remained faithful to the original P1800, at least in style.
