All products returned must be unused/uninstalled in original boxes and packaging, have original UPC codes on the products, all manuals intact, and documentation provided in the package shipment. Your XTREME product comes with a limited factory warranty. Each item is inspected at the factory prior to shipping and meets or exceeds specifications provided. After the 15 day guarantee your purchase falls under the 1 year parts replacement warranty.

Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Warranty does not cover cables, fairlead, knobs, steel hook or other external parts. Warranty is void if product is not properly maintained or is damaged due to operator error or neglect.

All presumed defective parts must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and be returned for inspection before a replacement part is sent. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
