This is a used Bully Dog 40500 Downloader. The unit states it is "unloaded", so it is VIN locked. My understanding is you can get Bully Dog to unlock the unit for $100. Includes the Triple Dog Downloader, OBDII Cable, and plastic carrying case. The graphics on the outside of the case are peeling at the corner. Manual / Instructions are not included, but I have provided a link to a PDF version below. Can be used on 99.5-‘03 Ford 7.3 L Power Stroke, ‘03-’07 Ford 6.0 L Power Stroke, ’03-’07 5.9L Dodge Cummins and ’01-’07 6.6L GM Duramax diesel pickups.

Michelin is continuing to profile the work of some of the leading contenders for its annual Michelin Challenge Design competition, which asks the design community to come up with proposals for "America's Next Iconic Vehicle". All 11 of the scale models and 24 two-dimensional drawings in the running will be exhibited at the 2009 NAIAS in January. Earlier this month, we featured three of these scale models following their selection by a jury of top automotive designers.
