I'm selling the mold(s) for my 41 Dodge coupe drag car. This body is similar to the 41 Willys body, but lower and cooler and more aerodynamic. The main body mold consists of 6 pieces:roof, right side, left side, back panel and right and left fender returns. The nose mold is 5 pieces:the front with lites and grille, right side, left side and right and left fender returns.Right and left doors, both with inside panels. This body is built with a deck, and designed to use whatever spillplates and/or wing element the owner chooses. However if the owner wants a conventional style rear with a remote wing a 3 piece mold is supplied so that can be done. This body, like my 36 Chevy body is very straight and needs little if any bodywork on the finished piece. These molds are top notch and always well maintained and stored inside.
The MOLDS ONLY are for sale, not any bodies. The pictures are of bodies with the two optional rear ends, and a detail of the nose. The rendering was done of a finished body. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING OR PICKUP.disregard any shipping costs in the ad.

Tue, 20 May 2008

By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 20 May 2008 12:15 Audi will build a limited production run of the TT speedster we scooped last week, CAR Online can reveal. The company is planning to make between 50-100 of the chop-top TT especially for the Middle East market. Although spokesmen in Europe have denied any production plans for the unusual open-top TT we spied on test in southern Germany, Audi's marketing director for the Middle East, Bernd Rosenbichler, told us they were planning a small production run for enthusiasts in hotter climes.'We have been asked [by Audi AG] if we could imagine bringing this car here,' he told CAR.
