Complete Softail style billet fork sliders feature the same quality parts as the above assemblies minus the chrome plated triple trees. Completely assembled. Note: Fork tubes are 1984 and later Softail style, stock length (24.5"). Brake application is 1984 thru 1999 single or dual disk caliper style. New Vauxhall VXR8 GTS will finally debut at the Performance Car Show next month

The Vauxhall VXR8 GTS (pictured) will finally debut in January We got details of the new Vauxhall VXR8 GTS back in May, with a promise from Vauxhall that the first cars would be delivered by the end of the year. But that hasn’t happened. But now, just a bit late, Vauxhall has revealed that the VXR8 GTS will debut at the Performance Car Show alongside Autosport International next month.

Bristol Cars - is it a Chinese Takeaway Earlier this month we reported the sad demise of the quirky and eccentric supercar maker that is Bristol cars, forced in to administration through a shortage of equally eccentric millionaires to buy their creations from another time. The good news is that they still look like a viable entity if they’re properly marketed, so we didn’t expect it to be too long before a buyer popped up and grabbed the Bristol Cars name, its Kensington showrooms and the handful of staff left. So we weren’t surprised to get an email this morning from China telling us the press there are reporting that the Xinjiang No1 Tractor Company – a State-owned maker of tractors (you’d never have guessed) – had snapped up Bristol Cars from the administrators.

Audi is ramping up its efforts for the 24 Hours of Le Mans both in the pit and in the marketing office. The company has created a new 3-D video called A Day in the Life of an Audi Driver. The video shows Audi Team Joest driver Allan McNish talking about the hundreds of people and hundreds of hours that go into planning for something such as Le Mans.
